PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION

The purpose of the contest is to promote the 'Trazable' brand through a promotion developed on Telegram, Twitter, Instagram. This promotion will be held throughout the national and international territory from October 24, 2022 until November 6, 2022.

ORGANIZING COMPANY

 The organizer of the promotion is BLOCKCHAIN ​​TRACEABILITY, S.L., (hereinafter, 'Trazable'), with C.I.F. B40547507, Registered in the Mercantile Registry of Valencia in Volume 9589, Folio 188, Page V-152580. Registration 1, with address at C/ Amado Granell Mesado 65, 46013 Valencia, entity to which all communications and notifications related to its development must be addressed.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ORGANIZERS

Participation via the Internet: Trazable excludes any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the temporary lack of availability or continuity of the operation of telecommunications networks.

Modifications and/or annexes: Trazable reserves the right to modify or add successive annexes on its mechanics and prizes, provided that they are justified or do not harm the participants, and they are duly communicated to them.

Trazable will not be responsible for delays, losses, or deterioration in shipments that may occur, for reasons that are not attributable to it. The organizer will not be responsible for cases of force majeure that could prevent the winner from fully or partially enjoying their prize.

In the event that this promotion cannot be carried out, either due to fraud detected in it, technical errors, or any other reason that is not under the control of the promoter, and that affects the normal development of the promotion, Trazable reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend it.

The information provided by the participants within the framework of this promotion will be exclusively managed by Trazable.

REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION

It will be an essential requirement to comply with the conditions established in these bases in order to participate in the contest. All data provided by the participant must be true. The identity of the participants and winners will be accredited exclusively by means of official documents. In the event that the participant has provided false information, their participation will not be taken into account and they will be excluded from the promotion and from the possibility of being eligible for any prize.

Participation in the draw implies acceptance of these legal bases.

By participating in this draw, participants automatically consent to the use, publication and reproduction throughout the world and without limitation, by Trazable, of their image and name, as well as responses and comments, in any type of advertising, promotion, publication, including the Internet, or any other medium of any nature, for commercial or informational purposes as long as they are related to this draw, without reimbursement of any kind for the participant and without the need to pay any fee.

PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION

During the promotional period and through publication, the possibility of participating in the draw announced by Trazable and obtaining the corresponding prize, which consists of 5 amounts of 30.000 TRZ Tokens, will be announced.

To participate, users must carry out the different necessary actions on social networks specified on the draw website.

The winners will be chosen through a tool made for these giveaways, which is Gleam.

AWARDS

The prize consists of an amount of 150,000 TRZ Tokens (approximately 400 dollars as of October 11) distributed among 5 winners of 30.000 TRZ Tokens. The winners will be announced in the Spanish and English Telegram groups of Trazable (Trazable Token - TRZ)

 If within 7 days after the announcement any winner has not responded or requested their prize, it will be understood that they forfeit the prize.

AWARD DELIVERY

In the event that they cannot be contacted by the company, the winner will have to contact Trazable via email ([e-mail]) or their social networks and provide the necessary data for sending the tokens  (wallet address).

If within 7 days after the announcement the winner has not responded or requested his prize, it will be understood that he renounces the prize.

Trazable will send the tokens through the BSC network to the winner's wallet.

Trazable can take up to 10 business days to send the TRZ tokens to the winner's wallet.

EXCLUSION AS PARTICIPANTS

If the winner who opts for the prize does not meet the requirements of these rules, or the data provided to participate is not valid or does not provide the necessary data that is requested, he will not access the prizes object of this draw.

FRAUDULENT PARTICIPATION DETECTION

Trazable reserves the right to exclude from this promotion those users who suspect or detect that they have participated in any fraudulent way, including the manipulation of the computer program, and may request any type of documentation from the participants.

If the participant turns out not to comply with the requirements demanded in these bases, or the data provided to participate were not valid or did not provide the necessary data requested, they will not access the prize object of the draw.

Trazable reserves the right to justifiably eliminate any participant who defrauds, alters or disables the proper functioning and the normal and regulatory course of the promotion.

CESSION OF RIGHTS

The participants in this promotion will assign to Trazable all the rights derived from the use of their works, data, opinions, images and/or voice that may be made within the framework of this promotion.
